Material listings, uploader names and submitted reviews may be visible to other visitors. Your review can display your name, profile picture, rating and comment. Avoid including phone numbers, payment references or other sensitive information in public contributions. Group participants may see information you share in their group.

12. Purchase and Download Records

We use purchase references, payment status and download counts to verify payments and manage access to paid resources. A purchase allows one download within 24 hours. Download activity may be logged with an account identifier and IP address to investigate access problems and misuse. A saved copy on your device is outside the platform's download controls.

13. Requests About Your Data

Contact us through the support page to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise an objection to processing. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing or changing account information. Explain the information and account involved, but never send your password, payment PIN or one-time security code.

Some transaction and security records may need to be retained to resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations, even after an account is closed. 14. External Services and Browser Requests
